LOST PROPERTY
Clients should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost property left by them on the premises. Therapists, reception staff and cleaners all take the greatest care of items which may have been left after a treatment and are handed to the manager for safe keeping for a period of 6 months.
Please be sure to check before you leave as we cannot be held liable for any loss.
Modifications
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require 24 hours or more in order to reschedule your appointment or shouldyou wish to cancel without charge. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice will incur a chargeequivalent to the full cost of the booking, as the chiropractor has held the availability for you.
Late Arrivals
Clients are urged to make adequate arrangements for prompt arrival, such as allowing time for parking, bad weather etc. so that their appointment time can begin promptly. Late arrival of up to 5 minutes can be accommodated, any later and the appointment will be as charged without the benefit of the consultation, as seeing patients late only inconveniences those patients following your appointment time.
