Following an injury I haven’t been able to get back to full fitness and have been unable to get back to the gym as before. Previously I worked out most days. My progress has been noticeable even after only 2 sessions and I am feeling and moving more like my usual self. I can’t believe how much better my body feels in this short space of time.

As well as the knowledge and skill Ross Chapman has behind him and the years of study he has put in, I have to say that he also has a natural instinct and a touch which seemed to naturally find the areas giving me problems, which can’t be learned. I can only thank him for the difference he has made to my day to day life.

After ongoing pain over many years located in the neck and shoulders, I am now enjoying improved sleep, better posture and less headaches. Ross now only sees me once a month to ensure that my misalignment has not returned, a maintenance visit really. All the staff here are lovely and I always feel welcomed. I wish I had discovered him sooner.

I found Ross Chapman to be very approachable with a professional manner, since my first consultation I have had 3 sessions with him and am finding the relief from back pain is quite remarkable. The adjustments are painless and he has taught me a lot about the way I should sit etc so as to maintain the improvement. Seeing him was the best move I could have made.

A very competent and caring chiropractor who has brought me relief after ongoing lower back pain because of my work, I have taken his advice on changing the chair where I work and for getting up regularly to change position and do a few stretches. His treatment was 5* and his advice has been helpful going forward.

Having suffered whiplash I had been left for over two years still with neck pain which was severely affecting my sleep. After a short series of treatments it has quite simply gone! I am very impressed with the treatment I have received.

When I moved to Manchester I seriously considered travelling back to Birmingham for my treatments with the chiropractor I was with, however he transferred my notes to this clinic and liaised with Ross for a seamless transfer of care. It seems the chiro world is a small one and they knew each other!
